Privacy & Safety

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your information will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any external parties. We reserve the right to refuse service.

 

Tanning Room Limit

To ensure the safety and privacy of our clients, only one individual is permitted in the spray tanning or UV tanning room during each session. No children are allowed in our UV Tanning rooms.

 

Tanning Bed Age Limit

State law prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using our tanning beds. You must show I.D. at sign-in.

 

No-Orange Guarantee

We stand behind our spray tans! Our spray tans come with a 24-hour guarantee. Please notify the front desk within 24 hours if you have any issues. A technician will evaluate your tan and offer a resolution. Please note, we do not offer refunds.

 

Last Call

Our final tanning appointments for both UV beds and spray tans are as follows:Monday - Friday at 7:45 PM and on Saturday at 4:45 pm. We cannot accommodate tanning services or walk-in customers after these times.

 

Cancellations

Please call if you're running late. If you're more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule to avoid a no-show fee.

 

"No Shows" Subject to $15 Fee

We understand life happens. Please call at least 1 hour before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. A $15 fee will be charged for missed appointments without prior notice. Returns Please note that all sales of products and services are final.

 

Package Sharing

Third Coast tanning packages and daily deals are intended for individual use only. Sharing or splitting packages with others is prohibited. Each customer is limited to one package. Each package is for the exclusive use of one person.

 

Profile Sharing

Profile sharing is not permitted. You will receive a unique profile upon booking.

 

Package Expirations

Please note that all tanning packages have an expiration date. Any unused services within your package, even after expiration, cannot be refunded.

 

Coupons

Coupons cannot be combined with any other offers or daily deals. All coupons must be originals.

 

Loyalty Cards

You must buy 5 spray tan sessions to receive the 6th tan free.

To earn a loyalty punch, please present your card at each visit.

You must have a loyalty card present to redeem a free spray tan.

To redeem your free spray tan, please present your loyalty card at the time of service.

 

Referral Cards

Refer a friend and get rewarded!

Referral Cards must be filled out with your name, number, and email address. Your friend receives $5 off their first tan. Your account will be noted, and you will earn a $5 credit towards your next session.

 

Gift Cards

Third Coast only offers in-store gift cards.

You may purchase a gift card at our front desk.

Gift cards cannot be used for online purchases.

Please visit our store to redeem your gift card.

It is not possible to refund the purchase of a gift card.

Gift cards cannot be applied to monthly subscriptions.

Gift cards are not accepted on our website, only in-store.

If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, customers can pay for the remaining cost by using regular payment methods.

Shipping

•All orders placed before 12 PM CST are processed within 2 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout. Third Coast does not ship on weekends. If placed on Friday-Sunday or holiday, your package will ship the following business day.

•SHIPPING: All orders over $150 receive FREE delivery.

•EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you need your package quicker, we offer additional UPS shipping options that are calculated at checkout. If you are not seeing an option for expedited shipping that option may not be available at the time of order. •INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping is not offered at this time. •FREE LOCAL PICKUP: Available in Corpus Christi, TX Monday-Friday between 10:30 am-7 pm and Saturdays from 11 am-3 pm. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

•Third Coast is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

•PLEASE NOTE: Holidays may cause delays in shipping time.

•All pre-ordered items are items awaiting to be placed on our shelves. By placing a pre-order, you are jumping the line to get the first call on incoming items. Pre-order items can take 1 week to a month to be in stock. The day the item arrives in stock the item will be shipped out. If you are doing a local pick up an email will be sent out when your pre-ordered item is ready!
